1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggc99 ("ggc99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ggc99 website at ggc99.app and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ggc99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ggc99 platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the ggc99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

ggc99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts suspected of being held by minors will be suspended pending verification. If it is established that a minor has used the platform, all deposits will be returned and all winnings will be voided without exception.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To place wagers on ggc99, you must register a single personal account using accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate.
• Hold only one active account on the ggc99 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited regardless of the names or payment methods used.
• Complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as required by ggc99 before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and evidence of payment method ownership.

ggc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that fails to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period following request, and to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ggc99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are stated in the Cashier section of your account. Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the sending bank's schedule and may take up to 15 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. ggc99 will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section. ggc99 reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Currency: All player balances are denominated in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing rate at time of deposit.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are set out in the Cashier section, which may be updated from time to time.
• Declined Transactions: ggc99 is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ggc99 are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general principles apply to all ggc99 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and are subject to verification of eligibility at ggc99's discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page.
• ggc99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with any commitments already made to players who have accepted the offer.
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or wagering in patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in disqualification, balance forfeiture, and permanent account closure.
• Where a player withdraws before satisfying applicable wagering requirements, any bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the ggc99 platform are governed by individual game rules published within the platform interface. In placing any wager, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome of the game as final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

ggc99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live-dealer games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers, whose own terms and game rules apply in conjunction with these Terms. ggc99 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or under technical fault conditions, in which case the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggc99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that circumvents normal manual game interaction.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected fault will be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits to avoid transaction monitoring, or use of the platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Unauthorised access to another player's account, including through phishing, social engineering, or credential theft.
• Any conduct that disrupts the fair operation of the platform or adversely affects the experience of other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the ggc99 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game content, software, design, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to ggc99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the ggc99 platform without express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

ggc99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at ggc99.app/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. ggc99 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices.

10. Responsible Gaming

ggc99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following player protection tools, all available from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account for problem gambling purposes. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the chosen period and cannot be reversed at your request.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggc99's aggregate liability to any player in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ggc99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

ggc99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or technical reasons at any time.

12. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your ggc99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any pending bonuses and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

ggc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed; (d) a player is found to be ineligible; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of fraud or material breach, ggc99 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

13. Amendments

Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ggc99 support to seek informal resolution. ggc99 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
